AN ACT relating to the dismissal of volunteer firefighters.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 337 to prohibit employers from dismissing volunteer firefighters when they are called away in line of duty.

HFA (1, R. Damron) - Add rescue squad members, emergency medical technicians, peace officers, and members of emergency management agencies to protected group, limit the reinstatement of seniority rights to those employers that grant seniority rights.
