AN ACT related to child care for mildly ill children.
     Amend KRS 199.894 to add definition of child care for mildly ill children; create new section of KRS Chapter 199.892 to 199.896 to authorize the Cabinet for Families and Children to promulgate administrative regulations for child care for mildly ill children.
