AN ACT relating to standards for manufactured housing.
     Amend KRS 227.570 to require Department for Housing, Buildings and Construction to adopt the most current edition of ANSI A225.1; require the Manufactured Home Certification and Licensure Board and the Recreational Vehicle Certification and Licensure Board to review published standards; require the department to incorporate those revised standards into administrative regulations; ensure that manufactured and mobile homes are installed according to manufacturer's instructions, and at a minimum to ANSI A225.1.
