AN ACT relating to retirement.
Create a new section of KRS 61.510 to 61.705 to allow District Court Trial Commissioners to participate in the Kentucky Employees Retirement System and to provide for specific service purchases.
HB 120 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Delete original provisions; amend KRS 61.510 to define District Court Trial Commissioners as employees and full-time positions serving 80 hours or more per month; amend KRS 61.552 to provide that District Court Trial Commissioners may purchase prior service by paying 100% of actuarial cost.
