AN ACT relating to reorganization.
     Confirm Executive Order 2000-1005, relating to the Kentucky Commission on Services and Support for Individuals with Mental Retardation and other Developmental Disabilities, to imcrease the number of family members from three to five, and mandate that at least two shall be members of a family with an individual with mental retardation or other developmental disabilities.
