HB 127 (BR 429) - B. Yonts

     AN ACT relating to compulsory school attendance.
     Amend KRS 159.010 to change the compulsory school ages from 6 to 16 years of age to 6 to 18 years of age and remove the provision that a student may withdraw between the ages of 16 and 18 years of age with parental permission; amend KRS 159.020 to conform.
