AN ACT relating to transportation of prisoners.
Amend KRS 441.510, relating to transportation of prisoners, to delete authority for court to order someone other than provided by statute to transport prisoners to or from jail.
HB 130 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, R. Wilkey) - Add new subsection to require that inmates housed in a county detention center different from the court venue be transported to court by the sheriff of the county of venue.
