AN ACT relating to state employee health insurance.
     Amend KRS 18A.227 to provide that beginning on July 1, 2002, any state employee who on April 20, 2000 was participating in the state health insurance program as a retiree and who was receiving the state health insurance contribution toward health care coverage because of employment under KRS Chapter 16, KRS Chapter 18A, or KRS Chapter 151B shall receive the state contribution for such employment if the employee has been continuously employed under KRS Chapter 16, KRS Chapter 18A, or KRS Chapter 151B from April 20, 2000 to July 1, 2002.
