AN ACT relating to insurance.
     Create a new section of Subtitle 39 of KRS Chapter 304 to create the offense of operating an uninsured motor vehicle; provide that the operator of a vehicle has the duty to ascertain if it is insured; provide the same penalties as for the owner of an uninsured vehicle.
