AN ACT relating to body piercing.
Amend KRS 211.760 to define "body piercing," "facility," and "tattooing," and to prohibit body piercing of children under 18 years of age without written notarized parental consent.

HCS/FN - Retain original provisions, except add "body part" in the definition of "body piercing".
HFA (1, H. Collins) - Amend the definition of tattooing to include the application of permanent makeup.
