AN ACT relating to compensation of state employees and officers.
Amends KRS 64.640 to specifically state which state officers and employees and exempt from the salary schedules prepared by the Personnel Cabinet and which administrative heads and employees' salaries are subject to the approval of the Secretary of the Personnel Cabinet.
HB 170 - AMENDMENTS
SCA (1, A. Robinson) - Amend Section 1 to provide that officers and employees of the Council on Postsecondary Education who shall also be exempt from the salary limitations of KRS 64.475 unless they are exempted by other statutes; specify that the section shall not be construed to exempt any officers, employees, and positions from the salary limitations of KRS 64.640(2) unless exempted by other statutes.
