     Amend KRS 151B.250 and 151B.260 to elevate the Office of Training and Reemployment to a department, create the Division of Workforce Investment within that department, and abolish the Office of School-to-Work within the Cabinet for Workforce Development; amend KRS 12.020 and 151B.020 to conform; confirm Executive Order 2000-1623.
