AN ACT relating to reorganization.
     Amend KRS 311.6521 to delete reference to the Department for Public Health; amend KRS 311.6523 to establish the Office of the Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services and define its duties; confirm Executive Order 2000-1625, dated December 29, 2000, which established the Office and transferred responsibilities for administration of emergency medical service laws from the Cabinet for Health Services, Department for Public Health to the Board.
