AN ACT relating to services for children with emotional disabilities and declaring and emergency.
     Amend KRS 205.6315 to require a peer review organization that contracts with the Department for Medicaid Services to send an immediate request for any missing documentation or send immediate confirmation of receipt of materials requesting review, and make and provide the determination of the review with forty-eight (48) hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays; require that emergency reviews be conducted as quickly as possible; EMERGENCY.
