AN ACT relating to driving under the influence.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 189A to require the Administrative Office of the Courts to hire or contract with persons to perform alcohol and substance abuse treatment and needs assessments of persons convicted of driving under the influence; limit contracts to no more than 2 years; amend KRS 189A.040 to conform.
