HB 194 (BR 961) - B. Heleringer
AN ACT relating to campaign expenditures.
Amend KRS 121.175 to provide that a member of the General Assembly may use funds in a campaign account to purchase admission tickets for political party functions with a value not in excess of $1,000.
HB 194 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, M. Marzian) - Amend to provide that member of General Assembly may use funds in a campaign account to purchase an admission ticket for himself for political party functions not to exceed $200, rather than $1000, per ticket per event.
HFA (2, B. Heleringer) - Delete provisions of bill; amend KRS 121.180(10) to allow a candidate or slate of candidates to use funds in a campaign account for tickets to a fundraising event or testimonial affair for another candidate or slate of candidates if the amount of purchase does not exceed $1,000 rather than $100, per event or affair.
HFA (3, R. Palumbo) - Amend KRS 121.189 to require campaign expenditure reports to be itemized by vendor, materials or services provided, and amount, whether payment came from the campaign or through another person or agent.
