HB 195 (BR 985) - A. Simpson

     AN ACT relating to real property.
     Amend KRS 382.365 to provide for a maximum liability of $5,000 for lienholders who fail to release satisfied liens on real property in a timely fashion.

HB 195 - AMENDMENTS


     HCS - Amend subsections (3) and (4) of the Act to provide that maximum amount of penalty for which lienholder may be liable under both sections, combined, is $25,000.
