AN ACT relating to subrogation.
Create new sections of Subtitles 17, 17A, 18, 32, and 38 of KRS Chapter 304 to provide that an insured who is entitled to collect damages shall have priority over the subrogation rights of a health insurer that seeks reimbursement of payments made to or on behalf of the insured.
