AN ACT relating to economic development.
     Create a new section of subchapter 20 of KRS Chapter 154 to add specific reporting requirements for companies applying for economic development assistance from the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority, to require annual progress reports from eligible companies, and to make reported information open to Kentucky open records law.
