AN ACT relating to driving under the influence.
     Amend KRS 189A.010 to establish refusal to submit to an alcohol test as an aggravating circumstance for first offense DUI; amend KRS 189A.107 to require a six month suspension of a driver's license for a first refusal to submit to an alcohol test in the absence of a prior DUI conviction.
