AN ACT relating to local alcoholic beverage control administrators and investigators.
     Amend KRS 241.160 and 241.170 to allow consolidated local governments to establish offices of alcoholic beverage control; amend KRS 15.380 to allow city alcoholic beverage control administrators and investigators to be certified.
