AN ACT relating to the publishing of ordinances.
     Amend KRS 424.110, relating to the publication of ordinances, to define "newsletter" and "computer Web site"; amend KRS 424.190 to allow a city of the second to sixth class to publish any advertisement required by law in a newsletter or computer Web site as defined in KRS 424.110; specify requirements for using a newsletter or computer Web site as an alternative method of publication for legal advertisements; amend KRS 91A.040 to conform.
