HB 22 (BR 147) - M. Cherry, K. Hall

     AN ACT relating to domestic relations.
     Create a new section of KRS 403.010 to 403.350 to provide for the education of divorcing parents and their children with regard to the impact of divorce; amend KRS 403.170 to require that divorcing parents of a minor child receive conciliation counseling.
