AN ACT relating to applicants for driver's licenses and non-driver identification cards.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 186 to require that all persons under 26 years of age who are required to register with Selective Service show proof of that registration prior at applying for an initial, renewal, or duplicate operator's license, permit, CDL, or ID card; amend KRS 186.440, regarding persons who are ineligible for a license, to include persons who do not comply with section 1 of the Act; amend KRS 186.490 and KRS 186.412 to conform.
