AN ACT relating to population data for redistricting.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 6 to require the General Assembly to use the actual enumeration of Kentucky's population in the 2000 Census for purposes of congressional and state legislative redistricting; require the Legislative Research Commission to include the population counts from the actual enumeration in the redistricting database; prohibit the inclusion of statistically adjusted population data in the database.
