AN ACT relating to the monitoring of controlled substances.
     Amend KRS 218A.202 to allow nurse practitioners and physician assistants to receive data about the electronic system for monitoring controlled substances within the Cabinet for Health Services for the purpose of investigating a designated person or providing medical treatment to a patient.
