AN ACT relating to the Proposed Interstate Compact on Licensure of Participants in Live Racing with Pari-mutuel Wagering.
     Create new sections of KRS Chapter 230 authorizing and directing the Governor of this Commonwealth to execute the interstate compact on licensure of participants in live racing with pari-mutuel wagering; establish effective provision based upon enactment by no less than four states.
