AN ACT relating to parks and recreation.
     Amend KRS 97.050 to allow park systems to accept donations if deemed wise to do so, to allow local governments to grant tax credits for donation of land and personal property for parks; amend KRS 97.140 to allow cities to grant tax credits for the donation of land and personal property for parks projects; amend KRS 148.066 to allow local governments to grant tax credits for the donation of land and personal property for state parks.
