AN ACT relating to the employees of an urban-county adult misdemeanant probation and work release agency.
Amend KRS 439.550 to require employees of urban-county adult misdemeanant probation and work release agencies, to be classified civil service employees.

HCA (1, R. Damron) - Delete the provisions of KRS 439.550 placing specified employees under the direction of the mayor and leaving them to the direction of the judges of the District Court.
