HB 268/CI (BR 1153) - A. Simpson

AN ACT relating to juveniles.
Amend KRS 653.060 to provide the option of confinement, for a period of time consistent with subsections (4) and (5) of this section, in the county jail for persons 18 years of age or older when the offense was committed before the offender's eighteenth birthday.
