AN ACT relating to Kentucky Employers' Mutual Insurance Authority.
     Amend KRS 342.809 to allow the board of directors for Kentucky Employers' Mutual Insurance Authority to meet quarterly instead of monthly and to meet at the call of the chair; allow four or more board members to call a meeting of the board.
