AN ACT relating to warehouses.
     Amend KRS 359.010 to define commodity subject to exchange, commodity warehouse, and trading facility; amend KRS 359.020 to provide that commodity subject to exchange shall be deemed to have a taxable situs outside this state for the purpose of local and school district ad valorem taxes; apply for property assessed on or after January 1, 2001.
