AN ACT relating to business.
     Amend KRS 275.195 to establish circumstances under which a person may be admitted to a limited liability company; amend KRS 275.285 to provided for the dissolution of a limited liability company unless certain exceptions apply; create new sections of KRS Chapter 275 to permit a limited liability company to acquire a corporation; amend KRS 362.425 and 362.575 with a technical change; amend KRS 313.240 to permit dentists to form limited liability companies.
