AN ACT relating to treatment of juvenile sex offenders.
     Create a new section of KRS 635.500 to 635.545 to prohibit from disclosure certain communications made between a juvenile sex offender or member of the offender's family and any person assigned to work in the juvenile sex offender treatment program.
