AN ACT relating to the Public Service Commission.
Amend KRS 278.010 to amend the definition for demand-side management program to include home energy assistance programs; amend KRS 278.285 to permit demand-side management programs to include home energy assistance programs and require the commission to utilize only the criteria for evaluating the program set forth in KRS 278.285(1)(f) and (3).
