AN ACT relating to funeral establishments.
     Require a funeral establishment or an agent or representative of a funeral establishment to include the names of all owners of funeral establishments having twenty (20) or more stockholders in any stationery, publications, or business cards used to solicit business to advertise the establishment's services.
