AN ACT relating to veterans' affairs.
     Amend KRS 40.305 to rename Advisory Board for Veterans' Affairs the Governor's Advisory Board for Veterans' Affairs; provide for the selection of officers from among the appointed members of the board; direct the board to advise the Governor, as well as the commissioner, on the administration of veterans' services programs; direct the board, as well as the commissioner, to advise the General Assembly on matters relating to veterans' affairs and administration of veterans' service programs; amend KRS 40.300 to conform.
