AN ACT relating to law enforcement.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 16 to require the state police to develop a curriculum for driver's education courses regarding police traffic stops; amend KRS 186.574 to include traffic stop instruction in state traffic school and allow persons to attend only the traffic stop portion of the class; amend KRS 186.440 to prohibit the issuance of a driver's license to persons who have not received traffic stop training; create a new section of KRS Chapter 332 to require the inclusion of traffic stop instruction in driver education, including that offered by schools and colleges.
