AN ACT relating to labor organizations.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 336 to prohibit the use of union dues or other membership fees in a labor organization to be used for political purposes that are not related to the ratification or implementation of a collective bargaining agreement, unless written authorization is given by the employee; and amend KRS 336.990 to assess a civil penalty of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 for each violation.
