AN ACT relating to supported employment for individuals with significant disabilities and making an appropriation therefor.
     Amend KRS 151B.180 to 151B.210 to define "supported employment services," to define the duties of the commissioner of the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation, and to authorize the commissioner to promulgate administrative regulations to establish supported employment services. Appropriation: $3,000,000 for fiscal year 2000-2001 and $5,000,000 for fiscal year 2001-2002.
