AN ACT relating to wrongful death benefits of a spouse.
     Amend KRS 411.145 to provide a measuring period for damages in causes of action by a surviving spouse for loss of consortium to be the shorter of the time from the date of the injury causing the death to the end of the natural life expectancy for that deceased spouse or the end of the natural life expectancy of the surviving spouse.
