AN ACT relating to the Kentucky State Police.
Amend KRS 16.140 relating to the state police trial board to provide for exclusive jurisdiction and remove jurisdiction from the Executive Branch Ethics Commission.
HB 32 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Delete Section 1 of the bill in its entirety; provide that the Kentucky State Police shall be exempted from the provisions of KRS Chapter 11A upon the effective date of administrative regulations promulgating the Kentucky State Police code of ethics; renumber Section 2 as Section 1.
HFA (1, B. Yonts) - Amend to add a provision specifying that the State Police code of ethics be no less stringent than the executive branch code of ethics.
