AN ACT relating to highway rest areas.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 176 directing Department of Highways to display state flag, the U.S. flag, and the POW/MIA flag at all highway rest areas.
HB 322 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, M. Weaver) - Amend to require the United States flag to be larger than or equal to the size of other flags displayed at a rest area.
HFA (2, J. Haydon) - Amend to require the POW/MIA flag be displayed separately from any flag pole displaying the flag of the United States of America or the flag of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
