AN ACT relating to a child identification program.
     Amend KRS 186.412 to require the Transportation Cabinet to implement a child identification program for children ages 2 to 15; require a color photo ID and a means to store and retrieve child information; permit a fee to be charged for the card; requires a Social Security number and birth certificate for the card application; require the card to contain a child's name and the number of the Kentucky Missing Person Clearinghouse; require the card to expire every 2 years.
