AN ACT relating to fire protection.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 75 to authorize fire departments to recover the costs of providing emergency services.
HB 326 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Retain original provisions; except clarify that the emergency services for which a fire department may seek additional recoverable costs relates only to trench rescue and recovery services.
HFA (1, S. Riggs) - Amend to create a new section of KRS Chapter 95 to allow fire departments to recover costs for trench rescue and recovery services as provided.
