AN ACT relating to all-terrain vehicles.
     Amend KRS 189.515, relating to all-terrain vehicles, to limit the access an all-terrain vehicle has to a public highway solely to crossing a public highway to engage in farm or agriculture related activities; delete the provisions authorizing a person to operate an all-terrain vehicle for an unlimited distance on a public highway for farm or agriculture related activities, construction, road maintenance, or snow removal; amend KRS 189.990, relating to penalties for traffic regulations, to increase the penalty from not less than $20 and not more than $50 to a set fine of $50.
