AN ACT to revise and correct the Kentucky Revised Statutes.
Reviser's Bill for the 2001 Regular Session: Make legislative findings and declarations on the nature and reasons for the changes being made; repeal and reenact, or amend, certain statutes in KRS Chapter 355, Article 9, to confirm codification actions or to make corrections in text in sections of the revised Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code adopted in 2000 Ky. Acts ch. 408; supply overlooked conforming changes by amending KRS 365.015 and repealing KRS 14.150; EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2001.
