AN ACT relating to child support.
     Amend KRS 403.160 to create a rebuttable presumption that if a parent has been working 37.5 or more hours per week for 6 months prior to the issuance of a temporary child support order, then that parent is not voluntarily unemployed or underemployed, regardless of other employment during the 6 month period, and shall not have to pay temporary child support based on potential income.
