AN ACT relating to resignations by school personnel.
     Amend KRS 161.780 to decrease from 30 to 14 days the time permitted for resignations by teachers prior to the first student attendance day and from 30 to 14 days for superintendents prior to start of the school term; delete requirement of two weeks notice to terminate contracts during the school term.
