AN ACT proposing an amendment to Section 80 of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to extraordinary sessions of the General Assembly.
     Propose to amend Section 80 of the Kentucky Constitution to provide that the Governor obtain approval of 2/3 of the membership of the Legislative Research Commission before calling a special session; and provide for submission to voters.
